Kate is an amazing and friendly host. Always responsive to any needs. The caravan is amazing; this was our second visit and can’t wait to book our next. Less than 1 minute walk to the beach. The caravan is spotless and well maintained. Thanks Kate for having us again.

We had a lovely few days at Kate’s place, the caravan was really clean and it was lovely to find tea, coffee&sugar already there. The place was in an ideal location with easy access to the sandy beach. A five minute walk away is a fish & chip shop, arcades and a huge park for the kids. I’d highly recommend Kate’s place, it really is a good find!

It was lovely to be so close to the beautiful beach and we enjoyed our walks with our dogs, who loved it even more than we did. It was also wonderful to go to sleep hearing the waves of the sea. Kate was a wonderful host and was very responsive and sensitive to our needs when we had a bit of a problem. It was solved immediately and we had a good stay. Everything was so clean and the bed linen has to have a mentioned as it was so smooth and the bed so comfortable. BTW we tuned both TV's in forget to tell you. Now all the stations are working. Thank you Kate for being such a lovely person. We will cetainly be visiting again.

what a lovely stay in Kate's caravan. I had everything I needed. it was very clean and Kate was in good contact. her caravan was so close to the beach which my dog loved, he was living his best life. I will definitely be returning when I come back up north to visit my family again. It was perfect. Thanks Kate 😊

It’s 5 stars all the way from me, for Kate and her lovely Beachside holiday caravan … nothing is too much trouble she’s in regular contact. We really enjoyed our stay… literally a stones throw from the beach… even I couldn’t miss!! 😂 we will definitely be going back.. if she’ll have us 😂🙄 xx

We came to stay here for our anniversary and little one’s birthday, Kate had it all set up with balloons and decor and left us gifts which was so kind and thoughtful. The caravan itself was clean, spacious enough for the 4 of us and in the perfect location.. right beside the beach and sand dunes. We felt it was great value for money and couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay I’m sure we will return (:

Wonderful time in the caravan... has everything you need. Location was great. Kate is a very friendly owner... correspondence was excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kate for everything including the gift for Marisa. This place's rating is higher than 5 that's for sure.

This was a fantastic caravan in a lovely area. The caravan was lovely and clean. Kate was very responsive and very friendly, Kate even offered to bring us a fan to use because the weather was very warm. I highly recommend this caravan and host ☺️

just come back from a mini break and it was very well needed. Kate was very responsive when we messaged before the break and during. the caravan was exactly like the pictures and was so clean! loved the little personal touch of a card and biscuits as well. the beach is literally on your front door, my boys loved just running on to the sand. Ideal location especially if you get some warm weather. the caravan was cosy and comfortable. all instructions were clear and we were impressed with the amenities in the caravan such as the air fryer and hair dryer. we have stayed in lots of different caravans and this one is at the top of our list! we will definitely be visiting again, hopefully when it's a bit warmer. thankyou :)

Great van, perfect location and very friendly and quiet site, beach literally on doorstep, perfect for dog walks. Highly recommended. Kate is very helpful and responsive, cannot fault.

We had a daughter & mum few days away together. The static was warm and cosy and the sofa comfortable for watching films, knitting and playing ukulele. We had everything we needed to cook lovely meals. We also enjoyed eating at the local chippy and Craig’s Bakehouse in Maske. There was good public transport up and down the coast to Saltburn (which we loved). In Redcar, we enjoyed Parkrun at Locke Park and a visit to the lovely cinema (The Regent) 10 minutes walk away. When the sun came out the beach on our doorstep was very beautiful. The wind turbines were dramatic by day and as they twinkled at night. Thank you for a lovely stay Kate.

The welcome box of M&S Belgium chocolate biscuits, bottle of fizz and Christmas tree was really nice touch...made it very comforting. Would stay again Kate a very good host.

Super lovely caravan, lots of extra special touches which made it even better, decorated lovely and lots of cozy blankets and an extra storage heater which was ideal as it was snowing and below freezing the week I stayed. Had everything i needed and nice and clean too. Very attentive host who left me a card and chocolates and messaged to make sure everything was OK with my stay. Would definitely stay again ⭐️

Excellent stay at Kate’s caravan, which is so close to the beach and within walking distance to children’s playground and mini-golf. Lovely and clean, home from home, everything you would need. Short walk into town, with fish and chip shops and other takeaways nearby. Not far from Saltburn-by-the-Sea and Whitby, which are both worth a visit. Kate is an excellent host, very friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend staying at Beachside and we hope to book again soon.

Kate s place was amazing and hope to be going back next year. Had a small problem with boiler halfway through week but after getting in touch with Kate the problem was sorted within 15 minutes.caravan was lovely and clean and the views amazing.Everyone was friendly and everywhere we went were mostly dog friendly. Thanks Kate for a lovely wek away and hope to visit again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a fab time in Kates caravan, situated right next to the beach and was very peaceful. very easy walk into redcar and walking home in the evenings. caravan was stocked with all the stuff that you forget to take on holiday with you, like tea towels, washing up liquid and cleaning products which really came in handy. Caravan had WiFi and smart TV so could log in to Netflix and Prime, which the kids loved. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!
